StoneFlower provides complete design and landscape services.
In addition to all of our in-house design, planting and landscaping installations, we occasionally subcontract a select group of vetted, warrantied stonemasonry and electrical companies; to ensure the garden design process is seamless and professional, with only one point of contact (us)!
Design consultation
The first step is to have a telephone consultation; to formulate a brief and provide an estimate. From this point, we would then attend for an in-person consultation, where we can assess, discuss, and make changes to the plan where necessary.
Plan and Deposit
The next stage is to provide a full written quotation, delivered by email. If all parties are happy, we take a 50% deposit; once recieved, we send a detailed planting plan showing placement of plants, aggregates, mulches, and stone and metal features.
Installation and Aftercare
We then set a date of the works: we will source all materials needed for your installation, and install your new garden features on an agreed set of dates. Aftercare is of course included, whether questions about plants or when to feed and prune!
At StoneFlower, we take a cooperative approach, developing the design concept together with our clients, tailoring the service according to their taste, needs and budget.
